Captain Tootsie Strikes a Blow for Justice Bob's Backstop for November 1, 2004

I recently came across this ad cartoon in the Washington Post...I know that they really have it out for the Orioles, but this is getting a bit ridiculous...

(Sorry for the blurred condition of the cartoon...it's worth straining your eyes, though...the original cartoon of a group stringing up a bear and munching Tootsie Rolls in celebration was simply hard to believe, even in a "simpler, gentler time"!)
